A Technically Acceptable Survey Instrument:
Zmud and Boynton (1991) considered that an instrument met this
criterion if it had at least the four following charateristics:
- Its construct(s) were each measured by multiple items.
- An attempt was made to assess the instrument's
psychometric properties (i.e. reliability and validity).
- Its use was described in a refereed journal.
- It could be reconstructed.
