Pål Ytterstad |
Pål Ytterstad is a senior research scientist at Telenor Research and Development in Tromsø, Norway. He received his M. Sc. from the Norwegian Technical University in Trondheim in 1978. Since then he has been involved in numerous projects in Telenor, including the areas of data communications, network optimization, strategic planning, market analysis and forecasting, broadband services, CSCW, and user interface design. He is currently project leader of Network Based Organization of Work at Telenor R&D. |
Sigmund Akselsen |
Sigmund Akselsen is a senior research scientist at Telenor Research and Development in Tromsø, Norway. He received his M. Sc. and Dr. Sc. from the University of Tromsø in 1987 and 1991, respectively. He was a research fellow and an Assistant Professor with research projects within the field of Artificial Intelligence and Education at the University of Tromsø before he joined Telenor Research and Development in 1991. Since then he has done research in the areas of Telemedicine, CSCW, user interface design, action research, market development, and organizational use of IT. |
Gunnvald Svendsen |
Gunnvald B. Svendsen is a senior research scientist at Telenor Research and Development in Tromsø, Norway. He received his psychology degree from the University of Oslo in 1983. Since then he has been involved in research in cognitive science, interface design, and action research. He is currently working with market development, games, and CSCW. |
Richard Watson |
Richard T. Watson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at The University of Georgia. He received his Ph. D. from the University of Minnesota. His research has a strong international flavor, and he has given seminars in more than a dozen countries. In 1996, John Wiley & Co. published two of his books: Data Management: An Organizational Perspective and The World Wide Web: A Guide to Electronic Commerce. Currently, his research focuses on electronic commerce. |
